Ghana’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Alhaji Saeed Sinare has charged Gonjas and all northerners not to disappoint President John Dramani Mahama. He said there is no president whose achievement can be compared to that of President Mahama within this few years.
According to him the next four year term of the NDC would put smiles on the faces of the populace. He insists the New Patriotic Part has no message and vision for Ghana hence the reason to massively endorse the NDC.
Alhaji sinare was addressing thousands of enthusiastic NDC supporters in Buipe in the northern region during the campaign launch of the deputy power minister and parliamentary candidate of Yapei-Kusawgu, John Abdulai Jinapor.
Ambassador Sinare reiterated that northerners must give John Mahama and the NDC parliamentary candidates an overwhelming endorsement on December 7 to enable him complete what he has started.
Several other dignitaries who took turns to address the crowd include the northern region campaign coordinator and minister for food and Agriculture Alhaji Mohammed Muniru Limuna, Minister for Employment and Labour relations Haruna Iddrissu, Minister for Roads and Highways Inusah Fuseini, Deputy Minister for Trade and Industry Mutala Mohammed, Deputy northern region minister Alhaji A.B.A. Fuseini, former Energy Minister Dr Kwabena donkor and over ten other parliamentary candidates.
The Parliamentary candidate, John Abdulai Jinapor whose arrival at the grounds caused a near stampede urged supporters to be peace ambassadors for an incident free 2016 elections. He added that the so much touted development can only be possible in a peaceful environment.
He demonstrated his commitment to peace by bringing together his contenders who lost to him during the primaries. The two, Sualisu Be-Awurbe and Kawurbi Gameli also addressed the supporters and pledged their commitment peace.
