Volta Group Embarks On ‘Thank You, JM’ Walk

A group of residents in the Volta region have on Friday paraded the street of Ho in  a walk dubbed ‘Volta Appreciates JM’.

The group comprising largely sympathizers of the governing NDC undertook the walk in appreciation of President John Mahama’s leadership and the government’s ‘massive development Projects’ in the region, which is the political world bank of the NDC.

Manfred Nuku-Dey, Coordinator of the walk  said it was only prudent and in line with custom for voltarians to show gratitude to  the president for the monumental projects, he has delivered in the region, including a public university and an aerodrome.

“We have been taught that, if someone has done something good for you, you have to show appreciation and that’s exactly what we are doing.”

Some  supporters also pledged to ensure a massive victory for the president in the region, come December 7.
