Court Halts Ghana In The Eyes Of God-Epic Screening In Kumasi

Plans to show the much anticipated Anas Armeyaw Anas’ expose video dubbed, ‘Ghana in the Eyes of God-Epic of Injustice’ has been thwarted by yet another court injunction from the quarters of Justice Paul Utter Derry.

Justice Derry, one of the indicted High Court Judges in the Anas Expose has been fighting tooth and nail, securing injunctions against individuals and organizations, connected one way or the other in the public showing of the video.

The latest is the just secured injunction against the screening of the video which was supposed to have come off today October 2, at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Kumasi this evening.

Anas used his facebook page to announce their receipt of the writ.

“We have just been served with a writ here in Kumasi seeking to injunct us from the Ashanti Regional screening of Ghana In The Eyes Of God”.

The investigative journalist apologised to the people of Kumasi and assured that his outfit is putting measures in place to ensure the program comes off at a later date.

“I want to tell the great people of Kumasi that I am terribly sorry for this development. I will urge all of you who have traveled from far and near for this eventful night here In the Garden city to remain calm, we are putting measures in place for another day. Sorry for any inconvenience once more.”
