Actor Majid Michel & Wife Renew Vows After 10 Years of Marriage
Sometimes, people harbour a fantasy that never becomes a reality but for Ghanaian actor, Majid Michel, and his beautiful wife, Virna, their dream came true when they renewed their vows at a star-studded event hosted in the gardens of the La Palm Royal Beach hotel last Saturday, August 1.
The couple who have been married for 10 years once again pledged their undying love for each other in the company of their families and celebrity friends.
The wedding ceremony was a ‘gift’ from Restoration With Stacy, a TV programme which airs on TV3.
In a chat with Showbiz yesterday, August 2, Stacy Amoateng, host of the show said “ we hosted Majeed a few months ago and as usual, we interacted with him as well as his wife without him knowing.
“And we found out from her that although they have been married for 10 years, they did not have a white wedding and it was obvious from what she said, she would want one,” she added.
According to her, “ our guests on the gift from us, we decided to show always leave with something so as a give them an all expenses paid white wedding,” she said.
The ceremony which was climaxed with a lunch yesterday was supported by La Palm Roayl Beach Hotel, Royal Dennis, Let’s Beseated, Big Cake, Little Cake, Nescafe, Ocaasion Rice, Eurostat and powered by Emklan Productions.
